Classic Northern Italian food with a modern twist. Risotto, known for its thick and creamy texture, makes the perfect “primo piatto” – a simple and elegant first course. To the hundreds of variations that have been created over the centuries, we decided to add another: freeze-dried risotto made with barley and green lentils combined with red pepper, leek and pumpkin seeds, all in a creamy avocado mousse. A true vegan treat for outdoor adventure enthusiasts who love to enjoy a delicious hot meal on the go.

The dishes are cooked and seasoned before being freeze-dried. There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives in the package. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The consumption period is about 4 years.
