In the year 2021, we opened the MTBIKER store in Bratislava, where you can pick-up and try on products from your order, shop essentials, get inspired, get advice or have your bike serviced. You will find us in the Pradiareň 1900 building on Svätoplukova Street from Monday to Saturday through the whole year.

All products are ordered from original producers and verified suppliers. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it without any reason within 30 days from delivery, and we will give you a full refund. If there is an issue with the product, you have a warranty claim up to 2 years from buying.

local_shipping Quick delivery or pick-up

Products in stock are shipped on the same day the order arrives (the other day if the order arrives after 12:00) and delivered on the next workday. We will always inform you about the real date of shipment if the product is not in stock and has to be ordered. Orders are sent by courier to one of the thousands of pick-up points or post offices in Slovakia or one of our MTBIKER stores.

If you choose payment by card, you enter the number through the bank's secure servers, so we never see your card number or other card details.
