MTBIKER is visited by 400 000 of people per month. We have been operating online since 1998 and are verified by tens of thousands of satisfied customers. In 2022, we launched the MTHIKER portal, which aims to become as integral for tourists and nature lovers, as MTBIKER is for cyclists.

Since the beginning of the operation of the e-shop, we have dispatched more than 1 000 000 of orders. We are both personally and procedurally prepared to ship your order as quickly as possible and in such a way that you receive exactly what was ordered, on time and without problems.

We offer more than 80 000 products from more than 500 verified manufacturers, of which we have roughly half in stock. We regularly expand the offer with new brands. If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason and file a complaint within 2 years of purchase.

We try to keep prices low all year round and competitive with foreign e-shops. In addition, you will find attractive events and sales with us throughout the year. If you find a better offer for the goods we have in our shop, write to us, and we will try to match it.
Unique customer service and expert advice
We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 via email, chat, phone or in person at our stores. However, we often deal with communication in the evening and on the weekends, if we are not out riding. We all ride bikes or spend our free time in the mountains. Whoever will take care of you will have personal experience with many products and will advise what is suitable for you and your budget - not what we want to sell. Fast delivery and personal collection
We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for personal collection in our stores or in one of thousands of collection points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.
Secure shopping and payment methods
Your personal data is safe with us - the order process via the e-shop is secured by an encrypted connection, so it is impossible to eavesdrop. If you pay by credit card, you enter its number on the bank's secure website, and we do not have access to it. In addition to paying by card, you can also pay through your bank's payment gateway, Apple Pay/Google Pay, by bank transfer or cash. Here you will find details about payment options.

We are a Slovak company
We employ people exclusively in Slovakia and pay all taxes in Slovakia. We do not receive any funds or subsidies, and we do not transfer profits abroad.

Modern cycling centre in Hradok
500 m2 area, showers, coffee, pump-track, good parking and connection to cycling routes. You can pick up your order, view part of the offer, or have your bike serviced.
Pickup point and showroom in the center of Bratislava
For our Bratislava customers, we have opened a showroom and delivery point in the historical building Pradiarne 1900. You can pick up your order, get inspired or have your bike serviced.
Shop and delivery point in Žilina
In 2023, we opened a store and delivery point in Solinká in the business centre HLAVNÁ in Žilina, where you can pick up your order, view part of the offer or have your bike serviced.
