LYO FOOD Bigos

At altitudes above 7000 m before the summit climb, on the open ocean and deep in the wildest jungles... Our freeze-dried Bigos travels around the world, delighting the taste buds of more and more adventurers every year. It may not be the most obvious choice, and the idea of combining sauerkraut with pork, chicken, mushrooms, and prunes may seem a bit strange to those unfamiliar with traditional Polish cuisine. However, we promise that the taste will make up for all doubts and you will soon not be able to get enough of this perfect dish. It tastes even better with a slice of good bread!

The dishes are cooked and seasoned before being freeze-dried. There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives in the package. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The shelf life is approximately 4 years. Information for consumers: Food with meat, lactose-free, gluten-free.

Ingredients: cabbage (cabbage, carrots, salt) 59%, pork (diced) 18%, mushrooms 8%, chicken breast (diced) 6%, tomato juice, onion, pepper (contains celery), prunes 1%, canola oil, dried mushrooms 0.3%, salt, sugar.
