Send us all the e-mails regarding products, orders, warranty claims and others to info@mtbiker.shop. For us, it is the fastest and most effective way of communication.

home In person

You can find us in our MTBIKER centre in Hrádok, where you can check out and buy anything from our selection of assortment (products labelled as In MTBIKER centre), pick up orders or refresh yourself after a trip.

You can also find us in our new pick-up point MTBIKER Bratislava, where you can check out and buy anything from our selection of assortment (products labelled as In Bratislava showroom), pick up orders, try on products from your order or have your bike serviced.

In the right lower corner, there is a button for a chat with someone from our team. If we aren't online, then leave us a message with the same button.

You can contact us by phone at +421 2222 00 333. On the phone, we are available from 10:00 up to 18:00, but we can't pick up very often because all of us are already taking care of other customers. If we won't pick up, leave us a message and we will get back to you. Please, prioritize e-mail communication.
