Tyres for gravel and cyclocross bicycles

Gravel and cyclocross
When choosing tires, the most important are measurements. Those are initiated as the inner diameter and width (mm or inches). The inner diameter of a gravel or cyclocross bike is usually 700 mm (28"), but it can be different. These tyres and tubulars are offered in different widths and with different types of tyre treads. Be careful if you choose wider, then you could be limited by the rim or the frame. If you have larger dimensions, then check recommendations from the manufacturer of your components. Some manufacturers state TPI (threads per inch). The higher the number, the lighter the tire with less rolling resistance. But it is also less durable. These tyres are also tubeless-ready, this info is usually stated on the product. You will need specific glue or double-sided tape (specifically for this use) for the installation of tubular.
