The 3Energy Bar is the perfect combination of a tasty snack and an effective source of energy. The energy cereal bar is available in 3 flavors with delicious jelly and delicate topping. You can choose from bars in the following flavors:

  • sour cherry in dark chocolate

It contains high-quality ingredients that support physical performance, improve endurance, and provide long-lasting energy. It is also ideal for traveling, work or school. Thanks to its special composition, it will energize you and also fill you up.

3Energy bar contains:

  • L-Carnitine (500 mg) - An amino acid and substance that is present in the body and plays a key role in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned for energy. This process is important for the normal function of cellular metabolism. It contributes to the use of fats as the preferred fuel for muscles and reduces the formation of lactic acid.
  • Taurine (500 mg) - has a positive effect on suppressing fatigue, maintaining concentration and focus, improves the absorption of fats and vitamins, and accelerates regeneration after strenuous training. It contributes to the regulation of water in the body, retains water in case of dehydration and removes it from the body in case of excessive water retention (swelling). Women generally suffer more from water retention than men. This problem results in weight gain or the inability to lose weight.
  • Inosine (500 mg) - May affect the release of oxygen from hemoglobin in the blood, which affects the transfer of oxygen to tissues and thus increases performance.
  • Chromium - May affect carbohydrate metabolism, glucose regulation, and insulin sensitivity, and thus may reduce cravings for sweet foods.
  • Lecithin - May support brain cell function and memory. 
  • Vitamins and minerals - In one dose, they represent about 1/3 of the recommended daily intake, which can strengthen the body's defenses
