How does the buyback of a bicycle work?
- Choose the bike you want to sell to us, fill out the form, and select your preferred store, date, and time for a physical inspection of the bike.
- We will confirm the date and time of the inspection.
- You will bring the bike to the selected store on the agreed date and time, where it will be inspected.
- If we determine that the bike is suitable for buyback, we will offer you a specific buyback price.
- If you agree with the price, you will sign a buyback protocol and receive a gift voucher for your next purchase in the MTBIKER/MTHIKER shop.
- If we determine that the bike is not suitable for buyback, or you do not agree with the offered buyback price, we will cancel the request.
What should I bring with me to the inspection?
- All bike accessories, warranty card (if you have one) and ID card.
Is sending a request binding?
No. Completing the online application is non-binding for both parties. No obligation arises unless the buyback protocol is signed.
