Food supplement in powder form intended for the preparation of an isotonic drink. Magnesium and potassium help the muscles to function. Ginseng has a tonic effect and is recommended in case of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance for endurance activities with high intensity and short duration. Ideal to take before, during and after physical activity.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, citric acid, sodium citrate, lemon flavor, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), sweetener: sucralose, ginseng (root extract), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6 ).
Instructions for use: 1 dose (30g of powder in 500 ml of water) to take before or during training. If necessary, it can also be used after training to support the regeneration and recovery of glycogen.
Recommended daily dose: take 1 dose daily (30g).
