Use and dosage: Drink the recommended dose of 5 capsules with a sufficient amount of liquid. It is suitable to take 30 min. before physical exertion.
Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount.
