Rice porridge is 100% made from rice, very soluble, gluten-free and easy to digest. It has a high nutritional value, a minimal amount of fat and a low glycemic index. It contains rice starch, which is gradually digested, making it a very suitable food for diabetics and those on reduction diets. Does not contain gluten.
