Penco Gelacys Forte is a food supplement that contains substances useful for the nutrition of bones, joints, tendons, nails and hair. Similar to today's classic and proven Gelacys, it uses gelatin hydrolyzate, providing essential amino acids with a high proportion of hydroxyproline, and the free amino acid L-cystine for cartilage regeneration.
A significant benefit of Gelacys forte is the fortification of the product with vitamin K1, D3, zinc, copper, hyaluronic acid and, last but not least, L-carnitine.
The normal function of the joints is influenced by zinc as a part of dozens of enzyme systems, and copper, which is essential for the formation of collagen, the basic protein of bones and connective tissues.
Hyaluronic acid is the most important liquid in the synovial fluid in the intercellular space of the cartilage part of the joint. In case of excessive work, it binds water and the resulting flexible "cushions" protect the joint from damage by external pressure.
Penco Gelacys Forte contains 380 mg of gelatin hydrolyzate and 70 mg of L-carnitine in one capsule.
Dosage: 2-3 capsules per day.
