After Activity Q10 is an energy regenerating drink that restores balance in the body after exercise (training, race or excessive physical exertion). It replenishes glycogen stores in the muscles and liver, thus helping to prevent post-workout catabolic processes. Both simple sugars (sucrose, glucose) and higher molecular weight polysaccharides, amino acids and proteins supply energy. The protein component is whey proteins with a high biological value, which are relatively rapidly absorbed and help to switch the catabolic process to anabolic.
For faster regeneration, Penco After Activity Q10 is enriched with a mixture of free amino acids BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) protects muscle tissue and promotes anabolism.
One dose of the regenerating drink Penco After Activity Q10 provides 350 mg of a mixture of free BCAAs in an ideal ratio of 50% leucine, 30% valine and 20% isoleucine. In addition, the formula contains active substances with an antioxidant effect (vitamins C and E and trace elements zinc, manganese and selenium), which contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, the risk of which increases with the intensity of physical activity. Coenzyme Q10 is not only an effective antioxidant, but also plays a vital role in obtaining energy for other metabolic processes.
Dosage: 30-50 g (2-3 scoops) of the powder is mixed in 250-350 ml of cold water or milk. Drink immediately after exercise, preferably within 15 minutes.
