All Giro helmets are designed to absorb as much energy as possible during impact and meet the valid European standard: EN 1078. The goal of the new MIPS technology is to eliminate rotational forces that act on the head in the event of a fall. In an impact at any angle, the MIPS system allows the EPS shell of the helmet to rotate independently around the rider's head. Even though this movement is only on the order of millimeters, MIPS technology significantly reduces the amount of rotational force that would otherwise be transferred to the brain.

Veľkosť M je do max. obvodu 59 cm takže táto veľkosť by mohla byť ideálna. Ak ale jazdíte aj v jarných alebo zimných mesiacoch s čiapkou pod prilbou, treba s tým pri výbere veľkosti počítať a ideálnejšie by potom bolo vyskúšať si obe veľkosti. Ak by ste mali o vyskúšanie záujem, buď si môžete prilby objednať na osobný odber do jednej z naších predajní alebo si ich objednajte k Vám domov a po vyskúšaní sa rozhodnete ktorú si necháte. Vrátenie nepoužitého tovaru je možné do 30 dní od doručenia.

Since I have a slightly larger head and after trying about 6-7 brands of helmets, this one fit me best, I don't even know I have it on my head and nothing presses on me, the weight is also great. With a head circumference of 58cm, size L fit me according to the chart. It is perfectly ventilated and glasses can be put in the helmet, it has anti-slip rubber for glasses, but you have to find a grip for it at first, which is not a problem.
