The VDO R1 WL basic wireless computer or the VDO R1 WR wired computer is a reliable companion for all those who want to have an overview of the five most important values on their cycling trips - whether on the way to work or on a weekend trip by bike. The large, easy-to-read computer display shows instantaneous speed, daily and total distance, driving time and clock. For greater clarity, individual functions are marked with icons. Setting up and operating the R1 WL is very easy thanks to the distinctive red function button. Thanks to the integrated tire chart, setting the wheel circumference is a simple matter. The handlebar mount for the waterproof computer can be quickly mounted on the bike using the included pull straps. The computer can then be easily removed and stored, thus protecting it from possible theft. Wireless data transmission is ensured by an analog transmitter, which is located on the fork of the wheel. The included battery (CR2032) is enough to power the computer for more than two years.
