Compact and stylish. This new color display designed for Giant and Liv e-bikes will offer you a range of functions - it shows information about the bike's status (e.g. battery status and range), driving data (e.g. speed, distance traveled) and also offers navigation functions or notifications for messages, calls and emails from your smartphone.

PROPERTIES

  • only compatible with e-bikes from model year 2021 that have Smart Gateway (SG) technology requires the RideControl Ergo or RideControl Ergo 2 control unit to control the e-bike
  • clear color display - displays information about the bike's status: motor assistance level, battery capacity and remaining range
  • display of riding data: speed (current / maximum / average), distance, riding time, total kilometers, cadence
  • navigation functions (via Giant RideControl app for Android and iOS phones)
  • notifications for messages, calls and emails from your smartphone (via the RideControl app)
  • possibility of customizing the display via the RideControl mobile application
  • Cables are routed internally through the handlebars for a clean look
  • degree of protection against dust and water: IP67
  • dimensions approx. 54 x 77 x 11 mm, weight 39 g
  • new version with cable length 780 mm
  • color: black
  • handlebar mount is offered separately (there are two types to choose from – with or without light mount)
  • There is also an adjustable stem available to fit this display (length 110 or 90 mm)

Giant was established in 1971 in Taiwan, they are one of the largest bicycle producers in the world. In the beginning, they made bikes for other companies. Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
