All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Ludkovia kto si to CTMko kupite rovno si kupte momentový kluc a pred prvou jazdou si dotiahnite čapy zadnej stavby. Moj switch ide zajtra do servisu, stratil som čap, ani do garančky nevydržal...

odblokovanie elektropohonov my nerobíme a ani to neodporúčame. Okrem toho po takomto zásahu padá na celý pohon záruka.

Bike je fajn ako taký, obratný aj skáče pekne, motor fičí, pruženie nad očakávania, cena - výkon super. Ludkovia kto si ho ale kupite tak ako prvé na vsetky skrutky co drzia capy zadnej stavby a tlmič dajte poistne lepidlo na závitty. Najskor som stratil jeden čap a včera povolená skrutka na tlmiči tesne pred odpadnutím... Toto je už moj tretí full ale prvý krát takéto uvolnovanie zadnej stavby za jazdy. Samozrejme utahovacie momenty si môžem z prsta vycucať, nie su na skrutkách. Jedna hviezda dole za toto...

mozem potvrdit, u mna uvolnovanie uchytov motora, a tiez spodny uchyt tlmica - modry locktite vyriesil. samozrejme prekontrolovat dotiahnutie kluk, saltra, patky, atd... Tu CTM nieje moc dosledne a lepidlo na zavity zjavne nepoznaju.

Dozadu vojde 29 palcove koleso bez problemov šírka 2,3 palca. Pojazdene uz mam co to a je to stabilne, bike lepsie stupa a lepsie papa nerovnosti aj dole kopcom. skusane s plastami Butcher t9 a Eliminator f7 na 30mm dtswiss radkoch. Tie plaste od vyroby - wtb vigilante a verdict na 35mm rafkoch a mullet setup mi vobec nevyhovovali. Bike bol neevozny... Este by to chcelo rajdy s vyssim risom aspon 35mm.

zatial spokojnost, aj ked treba vychytat "muchy" - dotiahnut capy, uchyty, vsade kde sa da dat modry locktite, vymenit brzdy, packu teleskopky (tu dali v CTM asi 3-eurovu = celezle).
