- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Variant Haibike HardSeven 7 630Wh elektrobicykel, káva/modrá
I purchased this bike on 15.04.2024 since it arrived there were damages on the fork and I had to return the fork and seller send me new one after trying me to accept damages on new expensive ebike. Since now it almost passed 2 years I don't have photos to show right now, but YT video of new problems yes.
I give 1 star because:
1. No fenders/mudguards were manufactured for this ebike with special holes (I asked directly Haibike where I could buy them) And I'm having problem finding full size fenders for this bike.
2. Special adapter for this ebike cost me 13€ + ~30€ kickstand.
3. L size is 200cm long and handlebar is ~76cm wide, bike is huge/somewhat impractical for commuting with train and 25km/h limit is too slow for commuting on road.
4. I searched everywhere and nobody can check if correct wheel size is programed without special diagnostic tool (I could only buy another cycling computer to measure it or use GPS)
5. Almost 2 years passed and now I have problems with Yamaha PW-ST motor, "slipping gear/pedals", freewheel or nylon gear teeth broke inside. I cannot be sure but I will ask to take photos/videos when they disassemble it. I'm disappointed in Yamaha and Haibike brand, I didn't use ebike as much I intended and its already failing within 24 months of warranty...
I didn't open motor or did any tunning on my ebike. All is original as I receive it.
I still like 90% of frame of this bike, overall it looks cool and unique, its massive and heavy 26KG, I cant really ride it for long without battery in - its still heavy to pedal, color is not my favorite but to me its better than others, I would not purchase it again even if I could. But still it was fun to ride it as my first ebike.
