The TCR Advanced is a versatile race bike that combines cutting-edge carbon frame technologies with fully integrated components to help you climb, turn and tackle descents with amazing speed and unbeatable handling.

System optimization : The frameset, wheels, cockpit and other components are designed, developed and tested together to work best as a single system . The all-new OverDrive Aero steering system together with the Contact SL AeroLight stem and Contact SLR or Contact SL handlebars (depending on the model) is the perfect solution for internal cable routing , while also integrating the top cap and spacers into a more aerodynamic and user-friendly whole.

Winning efficiency : An uncompromising bike with a greater stiffness-to-weight ratio than the previous generation of this model, new aerodynamic tube shaping and lower total weight brings explosive acceleration and unyielding rigidity when pedaling. The result is top performance , which you will appreciate most in those moments of the race that are decisive for your result.

Integrated aerodynamics : All tube shapes are designed and developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling and wind tunnel testing. From the design of the truncated elliptical frame tubes to the new cockpit design and component integration, it all contributes to a streamlined profile that improves overall aerodynamic performance compared to the previous generation.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Giant was established in 1971 in Taiwan, they are one of the largest bicycle producers in the world. In the beginning, they made bikes for other companies. Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
