All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Dobrý deň. Chcel by som sa informovať na vhodnú veľkosť rámu. Meriam 186 cm. Podľa veľkostnej tabuľky sa mi prekrýva veľkosť M-L a L. Nemáte náhodou skúsenosti so zákazníkymi, ktorí boli v podobnej situácii a čo im lepšie vyhovovalo? Potrebujem nejaké rozhodnutie, ktorý rám bude pre mňa vhodnejší. Viem, že M-L nemáte dostupný, no chcem sa vyhnúť kúpe bicykla, na ktorom by som sa potom mal trápiť. Ďakujem.

Vo Vašom prípade by som volil veľkosť ML a prípadne to doladil dlhším predstavcom (na ML je len 100mm predstavec takže priestor tam je). U veľkosti L budete na spodnej hranici a pre doladenie posedu to nie je ideálne. Ak by ste mali záujem o veľkosť ML, napíšte na email [email protected] a preveríme dostupnosť.

Zdravím.Chcel by som kúpiť tento bicykel,ale potrbujem poradiť nejaké vhodné karbónové kolesá,ktoré by som mohol dať na tento bicykel.Samozrejme nie moc drahé a aby mali nosnosť aspoň 110 kg.Za odpoveď ďakujem.

Mám osobné skúsenosti s týmto bicyklom a môžem povedať že kolesá sú ľahké a odolné aj napriek tomu že sú hliníkové.

Áno, použitá sada je 105. Tak záleží aký ste cyklista, či rekreačný alebo či aj závodiť chcete. Zas 105 sada je veľmi kvalitná a dobrá, povedal by som že pri ultegre ide už skôr len o ľahšiu váhu. Nestretol som sa s tým že by niekto sťažoval na 105 sadu ak ide o cyklistu ktorý jazdí pre vlastné potešenie.

bicykel má kompozitový rám - takže, môžme povedať že ide v podstate o rám veľmi podobnému tomu karbónovému. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSUKM3bvcyk ) Bicykel je určite všestranný spoločník a nesklame ako ambiciózneho hobby jazdca tak začínajúceho profíka. Určite sa na ňom dobre ponaháňate s ostatnými cyklistami.

Ahoj, momentálne to žiaľ v tejto situácii nevieme zistiť pretože častokrát ju výrobca ani neudáva a ani nikde na internete som ju nenašiel. Váha ale tohto bicykla sa pohybuje okolo 10 - 11 kg max.
