MTBIKER Prague Melody Mall - pick-up point

Czech customers can visit us at our pick-up and presentation point, which we opened for them in cooperation with Melody Mall in Prague in the shopping center - Centrum Stromovka. We are part of the shared space of the Melody Mall store, where you will find several e-shops displaying their offer within this store. The space has been in operation since 1. 6. 2026.

The purpose of the pick-up point:

• Express order delivery from MTBIKER shop.
• Bike pick-up – your bike will be waiting for you, assembled and ready to ride.
• Returning goods, filing complaints – whether the goods were received at this point of delivery or not.
• Basic selection of accessories for cyclists, clothing, equipment for children, helmets and a basic selection of spare parts.
• Basic advice on goods in the MTBIKER corner through Melody Mall sellers + our customer support.

Parking / bike stands

• Parking is possible directly at the Stromovka Center every day between 07:00 and 22:00.
• 1 hour is free (for the current calendar day), possibility of repeated entry until 1 hour is used up.
• Plus another free hour with info card.
• Each additional started hour 60 CZK.
• Bikes can be parked on stands in front of the main entrance.
