Dobrý deň, samozrejme že reklamácia je tiež možná. No najprv by som vyskúšal ten lokálny servis, prípadne zájsť k nám ak to nemáte extra ďaleko. Prípadne ten výplet skúsiť uvoľniť či trošku precentrovať.

Dobrý deň. V septembri 2020 som si u vás zakúpil tieto kolesá. Počas jazdy vydávajú čudný cinkavý zvuk. Vačšinou pri silnejšom zábere, šprinte napr., alebo na nerovnostiach. Zdá sa mi že je to spôsobené výpletom. Špice sú vedľa seba vo veľmi tesnej blízkosti a to sposobuje tie čudné zvuky. Rozhodne to nie je v poriadku, ešte som sa s takým niečim nestretol. Stretli ste sa už s týmto problémom, a vedeli by ste ho vyriešiť?

Dobrý deň, môže byť vela dôvodov na cinkanie, zas kolesá sú základný model a záleźí aj na váhe človeka, či aký je bicykel, ak je to lacnejšia verzia tak sa môžu kolesá krútiť a to v tom prípade nieje problém kolies. Čomu by som ale na 90% pripisoval tento problém je zle vycentrovaný brzdový strmeň, či ohnutý kotúč. Samozrejme môže byť aj povolený výplet. Ak nemáte možnosť prísť do servisu priamo aj s bicyklom, tak odporúčam zájsť do lokálneho servisu, prípadne doma vyriešiť.
