Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that are crucial for the proper functioning of the body. They are found mainly in fatty marine fish. Our body cannot produce Omega-3 fatty acids on its own, so their level in the body needs to be constantly replenished. Recent research shows that most of the population is deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are composed of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These two fatty acids are absolutely essential for the human body, and their deficiency leads to degeneration of the body in many ways.
Omega-3 fatty acids contribute to maintaining normal functions of the brain, vision, and blood (they can affect blood viscosity reduction and thus contribute to reducing the risk of platelet aggregation leading to stroke). They participate in maintaining cholesterol levels and support cognitive functions such as concentration and memory. Omega-3 fatty acids are also important for the normal condition of the retina. Intake of omega-3 fatty acids is also important for pregnant women to support the healthy development of the baby's brain. They can also contribute to maintaining healthy blood vessels and normal blood pressure during pregnancy.
Recommended dosage:
- Adults 2 capsules daily
- Children from 3 years old 1 capsule daily
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Store in a dry place, in a well-sealed container at a temperature up to 25°C, out of reach of small children. Do not expose to direct sunlight. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Close the package tightly after opening!
