All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Dobre ranko,
chcel by som sa spytat na Vas nazor, resp. radu. Chcel by som synovi kupit gravel, idealne nejaky entry model a rozmyslame nad tymto modelom. Boli sme v Sobotu v Hradku a skusal ho a celkom mu sedel (56). Chcem sa ale spytat ci ist do tohto modelu, resp ci sa da neskor vylepsit (napr. vyssia sada GRX, hydraulicke brzdy atd.), alebo ist do priklad CTM Koyuk 1.0, alebo Kellys Soot 30. Synator ma sice len 14 rokov je po mne, cize je trochu tazsi a ma cca 110kg a 176cm, tak neviem ci aj Kellys prichadza do uvahy. Alebo pripadne poraddte co by bolo najvhodensie. Povodne sme chceli Cannondale Topstone4, ale ten bohuzial uz nieje mozne objednat. Alebo, keby to aj bolo trochu drahsie, nieje to az taky problem.

Avšak pri kúpe lacnejšieho prevedenia zostane možno finančne väčší priestor na úpravy - najmä komponentov/doplnkov, ktoré sami zistíte, že po čase synovi možno 100%-ne nesedia, či už sú to kľuky s inou dĺžkou, iný rozsah kazety, alebo napr. aj ten spomínaný upgrade na GRX-ko.
Subjektívnym plusom Marinu je pre mňa osobne trochu "punkový" oceľový rám a klasický vzhľad, v prípade Sootu naopak získate bicykel s karbónovou vidlicou a pevnými oskami. Vyberal by som najmä podľa toho, aby bicykel, resp. jeho rám, ktorý je absolútnym základom spokojnosti s bicyklom, sadol naozaj perfektne.
Žiaľ dostupnosť bicyklov je naďalej problematická, celosvetovo, všetky kusy ktoré od výrobcov dostaneme sa rozchytajú naozaj veľmi rýchlo. Štandardné váhové limity, pokiaľ sa nerozprávame o karbónových rámoch, sú okolo 120 kg, takže určite tam ešte priestor bude.

Kelly aj CTM meškajú s dodávkami, aktuálne kvôli dlhodobej nedostupnosti komponentov na kompletizáciu bicyklov, treba žiaľ sledovať e-shopy a v prípade, že sa kdesi čosi objaví, tak žiaľ aj docestovať prípadne väčšiu vzdialenosť, bicykle naozaj idú ako "teplé rožky".
Ten karbón - samozrejme, neplatí to univerzálne, karbónové komponenty a rámy/vidlice sú konštruované v mnohých prípadoch aj na oveľa vyššie zaťaženia, viď. napr. karbónové zjazďáky. Skôr si treba pri týchto modeloch dávať pozor na hmotnostný limit pri každom výrobcovi, najmä ak sa jedná o modely, kde je tlačená hmotnosť bicyklov do extrémne nízkych hodnôt..

osky sú na klasický rýchloupinák. Vidlica nie je ani hliníková, ani karbónová, je oceľová ako aj rám. Hmotnosť vystaveného bicykla vo veľkosti 58 je 13,29 kg. Výmena bŕzd v tejto cenovej kategórii asi nemá zmysel. Kellys má hliníkový rám, karbónovú vidlicu a pevné osky. Výbava je prakticky totožná Shimano Claris až na kľuky.

Dobrý deň! Ďakujem za info. Pozrel som tie prevodníky, a v popise majú kompatibilitu na 9/10 rýchlosť. Spomínaný bicykel Marin Nicasio je však 8 rýchlostný. Sú tie prevodníky kompatibilné aj na to? Poprípade s nejakými nedostatkami napr.pri radení alebo pohonu?

prevodníky by mali sadnúť bez problémov - šarapatu by to robilo opačne, ak by ste chceli použiť 8-speed prevodník s 9/10-rýchlostnou reťazou (širšie zuby prevodníka - užšia reťaz). Teoreticky môže byť dosadanie reťaze na zuby prevodníka trochu hlučnejšie, ale ťažko to vopred odhadovať, funkčne bude radenie rýchlostí v poriadku.
