Whether you're commuting to work, heading out on a bikepacking adventure, shredding trails, and everything in between, we've got you covered!Only suitable for Schrader valve inner tubes and Presta valve inner tubes with a removable valve core. Not suitable for tubeless tyres.
Instructions for use:
For Schrader valve inner tubes:- 1. Remove the valve dust cap and deflate the tyre, then spin the wheel so the valve is between the 9 and 12 o'clock position.
- 2. Twist and pull the plastic tube from the top of the bottle.
- 3. Remove the black valve core removal tool from the top of the tube and then remove the valve core from the valve stem. (Insert the two-pronged tool into the top of the Schrader valve and unscrew anti-clockwise to remove the core. Keep the valve core safe during filling!)
- 4. Now fit the end of the filling tube onto the valve stem and invert the bottle, gently squeeze the bottle to dispense the required amount of sealant into the valve. Ensure the sealant flows smoothly into the valve. (Fill with the recommended amount for your inner tube using the dosage scale on the side of the bottle.)
- 5. Remove the filling tube from the valve and wipe away any excess sealant.
- 6. Re-install the valve core using the tool and screw in clockwise until tight, then inflate the tyre to the required pressure in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- 7. Spin your wheel and you're good to go!
- 1. If filling No Puncture Hassle inner tube sealant into a Presta valve, you must first check that you have a removable valve core. (Not all Presta valve cores are removable).
- 2. You can check if a Presta valve has a removable core by identifying if the sides of the valve core have a flat edge. Presta valves with non-removable cores will not have flat edges.
- 3. If it has flat edges, you can remove the core by using a Presta valve core removal tool or a pair of thin pliers to remove the core by unscrewing anti-clockwise until it is loose from the valve stem. Keep the valve core safe during filling!
- 4. Now fit the end of the filling tube onto the valve stem and spin the wheel so your valve is at the 6 o'clock position. Invert the bottle and gently squeeze the bottle to dispense the required amount of sealant into the valve.
