Simple application, in combination with Silca secret chain blend top and lasts chains about 400-450km on mtb. I wax the chain in a melt-on wax, after about 30-50km or the first ride I wipe the chain with a micro towel, or I rinse lightly, dry and drip this and then drip about every 100km. After 450km I sprayed the chain with a karcher, then degreased it in a glass and finally threw it into boiling water to get the wax and waxed it again in a melt-on wax. I haven't tried using it on its own, but it's thin and probably needs to be repeated several times and always let it dry for about 8 hours. The downside is the overpriced price, where 500g of wax costs 45e, which lasts for 70 chains and this runs out quite quickly.. But for the clean chain, easy application and long life, it's worth it and I'll see if my chains last at least 6000km. So far I have 850km on the first one and I waxed in a melter after 450km and then after 400km and on the second 600km.. But now in the fall it will go down and I'll probably drip more often.

I have mixed feelings when comparing it to Squirt.
Silca needs at least two coats to start with, then the chain is quieter for the first 150-200 km and I feel like it pulls really smoothly. Afterwards, depending on the need and terrain, I usually apply drops of lubricant to every 2-3 links and spread them with my finger.
Compared to squirt, I find that it gets the chain dirtier with a bunch of "crumbs" and even after wiping it off, the gray doesn't really disappear (even after washing and brushing) - I ride mostly asphalt, here and there gravel, but everything in the dry.
The Squirt itself seemed like a clean job to me and didn't leave much dirt behind even after the ride, but its durability was only up to 150km with the need to heat up the chain to better penetrate between the links, which wasn't a problem with the Silca because it was less dense.
The chain has lasted 2500km without stretching according to the gauge, so I assume it serves its purpose and is easy to ride.

Po prejdení z mazania reťaze olejom na tento tekutý vosk tak skoro späť na olej znova neprejdem (suché a prašné prostredie, sem tam blato). Reťaz na seba nenachytá moc bordelu ako predtým. Aplikoval som na novú a odmastenú reťaz. Po nejakom dlhšom čase sa na pár bočných článkov objavila menšia korózia (opršala), neriešim. Kazeta vie na seba pochytať tento vosk, takže úplne čistú kazetu nebudete mať. Ak potrebujem reťaz očistiť, používam kombináciu zubnej kefky, kefky na čistenie slamiek do medzere medzi článkami a handričky. Potom aplikujem kvapky a "zapracujem prstami". Takto sa toho pri takejto aplikácii neminie moc, ale je to časovo náročnejšie ako pri aplikácii oleja hŕ-bŕ a točím pedálmi ako šalený. Ani neviem, koľko jedna aplikácia vydrží, dopĺňam to pocitovo.

Who knows, Super Secret dripwax is an integral part of the hot wax system from Silca. After about 200km I drip this dripwax onto each link in front of the cassette as Josh from Silca videos recommends and it goes like butter, that is, like wax Be careful though, you have to shake the dripwax really well before using it. I really can't imagine going back to oiling the drivetrain since I mostly ride dirt roads - I recommend Silca hotwax, including a dab of this dripwax between main waxings, to all bikers.

Most váltottam az olajozásról viaszolásra. Ezt a terméket a forró viaszolások közt használom ahogy javasolták. Amikor picit elkezd zajosodni a rendszer, akkor letörlöm a forró viasszal kezelt láncomat, és minden csapra teszek egy cseppet ebből a csodaszerből. Ezután hagyom állni egy éjszakát. Így a hajtásom megint sima, hangtalan lesz. Van aki önmagában csak ezt használja, lehet hogy úgyis jó nem tudom. Én a forró viasszal kombinálva kezdtem el használni mert így javasolták többen is.

Na voskovanie reťaze som prešiel až v tejto sezóne. Napozeral som veľa videí a nebolo o čom. Výrazne to zlepšilo hladký chod reťaze. Prvotné voskovanie reťaze som si dal spraviť v service MTBiker v Bratislave - super práca. Následne som aj po cca 500 km prvý krát reťaz "prevoskovával" Silca Super secret voskom. Jednoduchá práca a reťaz a ani prevody nevydávajú žiadne nepríjemné zvuky a hlavne reťaz je stále čistá a nechytá sa na ňu jemný prach.

Vyborne na domazavanie. Po namoceni v horucom vosku domazavam tymto voskom kazdych 150 km. Spolahlivy vykon do cca 700 km. Potom ide retaz na nove voskovanie v horucom vosku. Bez tohto domazavania retaz vydrzi cca 400 km a aj to ku koncu uz s minimalnym prenosom energie oproti cerstvo navoskovanej. Nevyhoda je, ze chyta spinu trosku viac ako ked sa pouziva iba horuci vosk (Silca hote melt wax).

Používam na domazanie po hot waxe (tiež silca) a slúži parádne. jednoduchá aplikácia, predĺžuje intervaly horucého voskovania. Vydrží mi okolo 70 km. Reťaz je krásne čistá. K olejom sa na mtb už nevrátim.
