I was looking for glasses for about a month, I went from optician to optician until I finally discovered JULBO. The glasses are perfect, the lens works 100% and the glasses also have a mirror effect. I have tried several models from Julbo but this lens has a beautiful color resolution to red which I think is the best for any weather..... whether it is sunny or cloudy. I don't have to put the glasses on my helmet when it gets cloudy or I fly into the forest. The glasses don't fog up at all which I had a problem with before. Even though the price is higher I don't regret it, I bought them for my wife too. I recommend them.

My first photochromic glasses and I can't praise them enough. I use them for biking and running. I really enjoy the fact that I don't have to deal with changing the glasses depending on the weather and so on. and I drive in them in the dark, in direct sunlight, in fog, just always, which I appreciate very much. They fit me great and can be adjusted super well on the nose and behind the ears. I've never had a problem with dimming speed, I've always seen well and never been blinded by the sun, just a big thumbs up. In my opinion, it is worth the investment. I've had them for 3 years now and haven't noticed any scratches/dimming slowdown.

Túto značku som nepoznal, ale vďaka recenziám som sa pre ich kúpu rozhodol a oplatilo sa. Potreboval som fotochromatické sklá, ktoré fungujú perfektne (les, luka, cesta a to za slnka i v šere).
Doteraz som používal fotochromatické okuliare od ALPINA S-Way QVM+, ktoré som však stratil a tieto Julbo ich prekonali.
Sedia dobre, mne trochu odtlacaju jednu casť nosa, ale musim si ich len lepsie nastavit / nasadit.

I thought for a long time whether to buy/not to buy glasses.
In the end, I ordered the glasses, tried them at home in the light, in the dark, and decided to keep them.
The glasses fulfill everything I wanted:

great in the forest

damn great
the size is also great

My second photochromic glasses. The darkening level could be a little higher (i.e. darker) but it doesn't matter. They are comfortable and I haven't had any problems with them. I use them for hiking + bike touring.

Výborné bríle.
Dobre sedia na nose, ušnice sa dajú tvarovať a tým zlepšiť komfort pri nosení.
Stmavovanie skiel je rýchle a intuitívne.
Používam ich spolu s dioptrickým klipom.

I can recommend them, they work well, I didn't feel like they wouldn't be able to react while driving.

The glasses are very comfortable, especially because they can be individually adjusted both on the nose and behind the ears.
Photochromic lenses work very well and are also easy to clean.
The only downside I discovered is that there are reflections in the lenses when the light is coming from the side, which surprised me quite a bit considering the price of the glasses.
So far, I have been using photochromic glasses from ALPINA S-Way QVM+ ( https://www.mtbiker.sk/shop/oblecenie-a-batohy/okuliare/cesta-a-mtb/alpina-s-way-qvm-okuliare-matna-cierna-fotochromaticke.html ), which had comparable if not better lens quality (reflections), but were less comfortable...

The technology works well, but they don't hold up well. At least I didn't know how to set them up well yet. I have to constantly correct them while driving.

Satisfied, but I expected them to absorb more sun. I will test them in the forest to see how they behave... then I will add a review.

dimming obviously also reacts to UV, not only to visible light, otherwise everything is great

Still not completely satisfied considering the price, but I'm just discovering photochromics, but it seems to me that it reacts too slowly and insufficiently to the darkening of the surroundings. They get foggy when driving uphill.
