While our STREEM wheels are designed for aerodynamics and work best with tires up to 28mm wide, we've taken a slightly different approach with the Advanced SL R.42 wheels. In our opinion, with an internal width of 21 mm and a height of 42 mm, they offer the best compromise between weight, comfort and aerodynamics. In combination with a tire width of 30-32 mm, these wheels fully develop their potential and provide comfort on long rides and cope well with bad roads. On the gravel roads of Strade Bianche and the cobbled passages of Paris Roubaix, the Advanced SL R.42 was the first choice of INTERMARCHÉ WANTY GOBERT professionals. There is hardly a more difficult test.
