CXR 1 WheelSystem braided wheels with carbon rims are designed specifically for gravel bikes. Thanks to the improved distribution of the carbon layers, the innovative hookless design and the larger inner width of the rim, they stand out above all for their high stiffness and strength at a very low weight.

hookless technology increases the durability of the rim by improving the consistency of the carbon fiber structure, creates high impact resistance and also allows a rounder tire shape for better grip, handling and better lateral support in turns
the optimized distribution of the carbon layers includes carbon fibers with high tensile strength located at the most important structural points - the result is an exceptionally strong rim structure at a very low weight
the higher rim profile (35 mm) together with the larger inner width (25 mm) is ideal for the use of wider tires, which are now a complete standard on gravel wheels, for better traction and stability in the terrain
the Dynamic Balanced Lacing (DBL) technology ensures that the wires are set to the optimal tension at engagement, which brings increased wheel stiffness and thus a higher efficiency of your power transmission

Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
