FFWD DRIFT SE 28" wheel set

The DRIFT model is the first of a new line of FFWD wheels designed specifically for gravel and off-road riding. The development here focused on slightly different parameters than similar road wheels. The weight here must go hand in hand with the stiffness and especially the durability of the rim and string. The rims were therefore specially developed to accommodate wide tires and to withstand not only impacts from the road, but also stones rolling over the rims.

The carbon on these rims is woven differently, making them much more durable
For the spokes, round butted Sapim Sprint spokes were chosen
The use of brass nipples, especially in off-road applications, significantly increases the lifespan of the wheelset
Threaded on DT350 hubs with freehub ratchet system
