Campagnolo Vento Asymmetric braided wheels

Braided wheels VENTO ASSYMETRIC G3 2015 belong to the category of duralumin, casing wheels with a medium rim profile. Compared to the previous model, these wheels are lighter by 167 g (even through the increased profile height of the new wheels!). The rear rim is asymmetric (due to increased wheel stiffness) and uses the MEGA G3 threading technology as in the higher Zonda, Eurus and Shamal models. This type of chain is not only attractive in appearance, but above all it increases the torsional stiffness of the rear wheel even more.

DESIGN: casing, Campagnolo nut or Shimano with extra charge.
BEARINGS: industrial ball bearings
HUBS: aluminum hub body
HUB AXLE: aluminum oversize
RIM: duralumin (rear asymmetric)
STRING: flat, steel, double weakened wires, front string: 18 wires (radial) / rear string 24 wires
WEIGHT: 1660 g
RECOMMENDED USE: all track profiles
IN CONCLUSION: duralumin, braided wheels for training, hobby riders or amateur racers looking for wheels with a good price/weight/performance ratio.
Thanks to their durability, low maintenance requirements and price, these wheels are also suitable for so-called "winters".
