The Minion DHF tire was designed for the unpaved surfaces and muddy conditions of the downhill series.

The Maxxis Minion DHF uses angled lugs to reduce rolling resistance with milled grooves to increase the number of contact edges for better straight line control and precise cornering.

Depending on the track conditions, the DHF version can be used both at the front and at the rear, or at the front in combination with the DHR at the rear.

The universal 3C Maxx Terra compound for good grip in turns and on muddy surfaces also has good durability, high mileage and excellent rolling.

The shell construction is made of Kevlar sole in the Wide Trail modification and 60 TPI braid with EXO Protection protection on the sidewall.
