Magnesium malate is a highly absorbable magnesium with a high ratio of elemental magnesium. The amount of elemental magnesium in this unique combination of malic acid and magnesium is 110 mg per capsule.

Composition: Magnesium DL-malate dihydrate in powder.
 

Use and dosage: Adults 1-2 times a day 2g/1/4 scoop, children 1-2 times a day 1g/1/8 scoop. Drink a sufficient amount of liquid.
Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount.

No doping – the product does not contain any substance from the List of Prohibited Substances of the World Anti-Doping Code. The product does not contain preservatives and genetically modified raw materials.
