alpina RACE GS V 614 SUPLI skis
Tough giant slalom racing skis that give nothing away. They prefer longer turns, hard surfaces and are suitable for very experienced skiers and racing skiing.
Their domain is hard, groomed slopes, and their strengths are maneuverability, stability, and perfectly clean curves. These giant slalom skis require some strength and active steering. However, skiers are rewarded with excellent edge grip and perfectly carved curves, making them an ideal choice for advanced skiers, experts and racers. The design predetermines the skis for excellent performance on race tracks. These skis meet FIS rules for the Alpine Skiing World Cup.
Top layer
We use high-quality structured polyamide top layers to produce these skis.
Laminated layers
These skis have one triaxial prepreg base layer. Prepreg is a fabric that is already perfectly saturated by the manufacturer. Although this material is more expensive, it eliminates errors in fabric saturation.
Titanal
Titanal is the highest quality base layer used in ski manufacturing, which significantly improves longitudinal and torsional stiffness. Two thick layers of titanal are used in these skis.
Core
We use a solid wood core – one-way spruce and beech plywood.
Side walls
For the side walls, we use ABS material with guaranteed quality from the largest European manufacturer ISOSPORT.
Damping
It's not about cushioning when skiing, but about cushioning differences in the material's stretch, which helps keep the material together. We use 0.2 mm thick anti-vibration rubber strips for damping.
Edges
On these skis we use high-quality, thin, racing steel edges with a hardness of 48° HRC.
Base
These skis have a high-quality graphite racing base.

The binding is compatible with shoes with GripWalk.
Skis are supplied separately with bindings. Binding requires professional installation at a service center. The skis are delivered unsharpened and require "minor" service.
