Petzl ASTRO SIT work harness

The ASTRO SIT seat harness is specially designed for workers at height who also perform rope access work and are looking for a lightweight and modular solution. By connecting it to the TOP CROLL chest harness, the seat harness transforms into a full-body fall arrest harness. 3D foam padding, semi-rigid waist and leg straps provide comfort throughout the workday. The design of the connecting bridge facilitates movement and ensures comfort when walking. The detachable front attachment point allows for efficient installation of the necessary equipment for the procedure. The belt is equipped with metal side attachment points, gear loops and slots for gear carriers, allowing you to attach and organize all the equipment needed for a full day's work. DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles and FAST quick-release buckles allow for easy and comfortable donning and adjusting of the harness, even while wearing gloves.

Ultra comfortable construction:

• All contact zones, including the shoulder straps, waist and leg straps, are padded with 3D foam and lined with breathable material, providing greater comfort when hanging.
• The textile bridge ensures easy movement in the workplace and also better comfort when walking
• Semi-rigid waist and leg straps provide optimal fit and support in suspension
• Metal side attachment points can be folded down to prevent accidental snagging when not in use
• Elastic connecting straps of the leg straps and waist (replaceable and available as accessories) allow the harness to maintain the correct adjustment when walking and hanging
• Aluminum ring on the back of the belt for attaching a chest strap

Efficient integration of equipment into the detachable front attachment point:

• The CROLL L chest rope ascender is connected directly to the front attachment point for greater efficiency and freedom of movement when climbing ropes
• The PODIUM or LITEPOD work chair can be attached directly to the attachment point pin, so the load is directed directly to the rappel device and the user has great freedom of movement at the attachment point.

Convenient adjustment system:

• The shoulder straps have a FAST quick release buckle on the left side for easy donning and doffing, and a DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckle on the right side for easy adjustment that won't loosen.
• The belt is equipped with DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles and it is possible to insert anti-slip clamps on them (they are included in the package, but not installed)
• DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles are made of anodized aluminum and are easy to handle throughout the life of the harness
• The leg straps are equipped with FAST quick-release buckles that are easy and quick to fasten and unfasten, even when wearing gloves.

Easy connection and organization of material:

• The shoulder straps are equipped with a Velcro strip that can be moved up or down and placed on the left or right side so that the ASAP'SORBER fall arrester can be attached to it.
• Fall arrest lanyard attachment points can be installed on the shoulder straps (available as an accessory)
• The belt is equipped with two hinged side attachment points for attaching a positioning connector in dual mode
• Seven shaped material loops with protective sheath, two slots for CARITOOL material carriers and INTERFAST connection system, two loops for TOOLBAG tool cases
