Patizon G Dry 500 sleeping bag

Every alpinist should pay attention to this sleeping bag, because the "five hundred" with membrane outer material is a complete gamechanger for demanding events from spring to autumn. Do you need to keep weight to a minimum while still being able to handle several bivouacs in precarious conditions ? The northern walls of the Alps? Long humps? Combining several peaks into multi-day events? The GDRY 500 is perfect for exactly such cases.

Product features

The filling is made of premium European hypoallergenic goose down with a fill power of 850 cuin and RDS certificate.
The outside of the sleeping bag is made of ultra-light, waterproof and perfectly breathable CRAFTEO® 2.5L laminate with a water-repellent DWR finish.
The inside of the sleeping bag is made of ultra-light and perfectly breathable Toray™ Airtastic™ fabric with a water-repellent DWR finish.
Ergonomically shaped footbox for comfort and warmth of your feet
Construction using a straight zipper for easier handling, lower weight and even better thermal insulation properties of the sleeping bag
Under the entire zipper is a padded insulating flap filled with feathers, which effectively eliminates heat loss.
The semi-automatic waterproof SHZ zipper with two sliders ending at the ankles has a thickness of 3 mm instead of the classic 6 mm, to reduce heat loss and lower overall weight
Sophisticated design of cover collars to prevent heat loss
Unique "shell" collar pulls around the shoulders without the need for a snap or Velcro closure, just zip up and pull the drawstring
Compression bag reduces the volume of the sleeping bag by up to 13 times, supplied with the sleeping bag
A storage bag made of brushed polyester is supplied with the sleeping bag.
Inner pocket measuring 20 x 12 cm for things you need to have at hand or protected from the cold (phone, battery, medication, etc.)
Self-locking adjustment of the inner collar around the shoulders and the opening around the face, operated with one hand
Ergonomically shaped hood allows head movement both in a lying and sitting position and guarantees effective insulation
The hem around the anatomically shaped hood is filled with CLO Vivo Endurance synthetic insulation, which limits heat loss, better resists exhaled moisture, and prevents pressure from the drawstring.

The anatomical shape of the sleeping bag follows the shape of the body, with the lower part narrowed precisely so that when closed it is still possible to reach the feet (e.g. to take off socks), but at the same time the insulation performance is not limited by a cut that is too wide.
