80% carbon fiber makes these poles an ideal compromise between stiffness, weight, price, and resistance to damage. Suitable for more demanding runners for both classic technique and skating.

HOW TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT LENGTH OF COLE
Classic technique:
The sticks should reach from the ground to your shoulders. You can subtract approximately 25-30 cm from your body height or use the formula (your height x 0.84).
Skating (Skate):
The ideal length is between the nose and chin. Subtract 20 cm from your height, or use the formula (your height x 0.89).
Backcountry:
Choose longer poles, subtract 30-35 cm from your height, or use the formula (your height x 0.82)

Finnish brand Rex has been making ski care since 1952, and in 2015 they also focused on bike care. Their Black Diamond lube won an independent laboratory test as "the most effective". Their offer also includes cleaners and vaseline.
