Penco MD 900g

Quickly soluble and highly effective energy rehydration ionic drink for all sports. in which the load time does not exceed 1.5 hours
Thanks to its composition, MD helps retain water in the body. reduces fatigue and increases performance and endurance by conserving energy glycogen stores.
It covers the increased need for mineral substances, thereby simultaneously preventing a decrease in performance and endurance, maximally delaying the onset of cramps.

Dosage: 20 g of powder is mixed either in 250 ml of cold water (isotonic drink, 300 mOsm/kg) or in 500 ml of water (hypotonic drink, 150 mOsm/kg). It is possible to make up to 20 liters of drink from the package. It is drunk just before performance and then every 10-15 minutes.
