Tribulus terrestris is a low-growing, spreading plant whose fruits and roots are rich in bioactive substances such as saponins, which are considered to be the main components contributing to the beneficial effects on the male body. The Tribulus terrestris plant (also known as earthworm) has an exceptional composition and contains a spectrum of active substances such as saponins, alkaloids, bioflavonoids, phytosterols, tannins and resins.The mixture of these substances helps maintain proper muscle tone and energy and normal functions of the urinary and reproductive systems. It supports the function of the genital organs and the balance of hormonal activity, while also supporting the body's natural defenses and the proper functioning of the immune system.
In sports, it is recommended for explosive types of exercise such as bodybuilding, fitness, martial arts, crossfit and for all physically demanding sports. It is especially suitable for men.
Recommended dosage:
- Take 2 capsules daily before meals (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening)
- Athletes weighing over 80 kg can take up to 3 capsules a day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening
- A one-month break is recommended after each intake of 1 full package
- Subsequently, the use can be repeated
- Drink the capsules with a sufficient amount of water, use on an empty stomach.
