Our body cannot produce omega-3 fatty acids on its own, so it is necessary to constantly replenish their levels in the body. Recent research shows that the majority of the population is deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are made up of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These two fatty acids are absolutely essential for the human body, and their deficiency leads to degeneration of the body in many ways.
Omega-3 fatty acids contribute to maintaining normal brain, vision and blood functions (they can have an effect on reducing blood density and thus contribute to reducing the risk of platelet clumping leading to stroke). They help maintain cholesterol levels and support cognitive functions such as concentration and memory. Omega-3 fatty acids are also important for the normal condition of the retina of the eye. Intake of omega-3 fatty acids is also important for pregnant women to support healthy brain development in the baby. They can also help maintain healthy blood vessels and normal blood pressure during pregnancy.
Recommended dosage:
- Adults 2 capsules daily
- Children from 3 years 1 capsule a day
Notice:
Not suitable for children under 3 years. Store in a dry environment, in a well-closed package at a temperature of up to 25°C, out of the reach of small children. Do not expose to direct sunlight. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Close the package carefully after opening!
