This sports drink can be mixed in two different carbohydrate dosages: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.
- Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42 g of powder (3 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use.
- Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 85 g of powder (5 level scoops) with 500 ml of bottled water. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use.
