When creating the LYO EXPEDITION Menu, we were convinced to include some of the world's famous and popular dishes. No unnecessary combinations, no unnecessary ingredients, just a selection of dishes loved by people all over the world. And there is probably no better example than pasta alla Bolognese. This slow-cooked thick sauce made from tomatoes, onions, carrots and handfuls of ground pork and beef is known for its captivating taste and enticing aroma. Throw in some whole wheat pasta and you've got an Italian classic that's just too good to resist. Our freeze-dried Penne alla Bolognese can be enjoyed anywhere, but we've made every effort to ensure it tastes just like the ones you'll find at your favorite Italian restaurant.
 

The dishes are cooked and seasoned before being freeze-dried.
 

There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives in the package. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The period of consumption is about 4 years.
