MSM (= methyl sulfonyl methane) is an organic and naturally occurring form of sulfur found in fresh, raw foods. MSM is underrepresented in today's food, which is often grown in greenhouses with artificial irrigation. Cooking food damages MSM, which is another reason why this substance does not enter our body. MSM works in the body by softening the internal ligament and cartilage tissue, which then becomes more flexible and durable.

Use and dosage: Recommended daily dose is 1g per 45 kg of your weight twice a day. Mix the indicated dose in the drink. (Vitamin C increases the absorption and effectiveness of MSM).

Warning: Not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for people suffering from intolerance to any of the listed ingredients. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Storage: Store away from sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
