Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, which means that the human body can produce (synthesize) it itself. It is formed by the metabolic transformation of glutamic acid. It is an important part of proteins, especially muscle proteins, in which it represents up to 60% of all amino acids. Purpose: Suitable for increased physical performance. Glutamine is the most represented amino acid in muscle cells - up to 60%. Its high consumption occurs during physical and mental exertion. It is necessary for the construction of white blood cells, improves the immune system and regeneration of the organism, increases the level of growth hormone, helps with the growth of muscle mass. It increases glycogen reserves, thus ensuring the protection of muscle proteins. It contributes to the absorption of nutrients from food.

Use and dosage: Drink the recommended dose of 4 capsules with a sufficient amount of liquid. Suitable to use after physical exertion or before going to bed.
