An excellent combination of two ingredients that support sleep and regeneration. GABA is a gamma-aminobutyric acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, playing an important role in regulating brain activity and muscle tone. GABA helps relieve nervous tension, reduces stress and anxiety, improves positive mood and a sense of well-being.

Ingredients: gamma-aminobutyric acid – GABA 500mg, L-Tryptophan 200mg, gelatin capsule, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Usage and dosage: Take the recommended daily dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime, with sufficient liquid.

Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount.
