Preparation
Mix 2 scoops of powder (13 g) in 200-300 ml of clean water.
Recommended dosage

v 2 dávkach je cca 1000 mg glukózamínsulfátu a cca 400 mg chondroitínsulfátu.

Vďaka. Dobré je to tých 1000mg. V 2 tabletkách proenzi či kamzík apod ich býva, a má byť, aby to zabralo, 1200mg. Toto ako prevencia asi stačí. Tie spomínané sú ale ťažké na žalúdok. Kúpeľná liečba vo vani s dudinskou vodou je lepší variant
