The main active ingredients of Yucca Schidigera are water-soluble stearic and water-insoluble terpene saponins. Their action is physical. In the human body, they turn into sapogenin, which acts like soap. Sapogenin causes a reduction in the surface tension of tissue cells on all surfaces in the body and the gradual, slow excretion of emulsified particles (liquefied deposits) from the body. In this way, Yucca helps detoxify the body and remove deposits from the intestine and walls.

First week: 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 capsule in the evening
Second week: 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 capsules in the evening
