Enervit Carbo Tablets (formerly Enervit GT Sport) energy tablets have a high content of several types of carbohydrates to quickly ward off fatigue and to continuously replenish energy. They are prepared so that you can always have them with you for immediate use.
Effects
- Energy tablets for immediate replenishment of quickly absorbed energy (maltodextrin, dextrose) and suppression of fatigue from lack of energy during sports.
- Fructose will ensure continuous and gradual energy replenishment.
- B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B5) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to proper energy metabolism.
- They also supplement anti-spasmodic minerals - magnesium and sodium.
Advantages
- They don't take up much space, they don't get in the way of sports, but they do an excellent job of replenishing energy and anti-spasmodic minerals.
- Easy to handle during the procedure, they dissolve easily in the mouth.

When and how to use
- During training and competition, it is possible to consume from 6 to 14 pieces of Enervit Carbo Tablets (GT Sport) energy tablets - depending on the intensity and duration of sports performance.
- Always chew the tablet thoroughly and then wash it down with a drink.
- The tablets are intended for direct consumption and the onset of effect is immediate, the duration of effect of 1 tablet is 20 minutes.
