Product description

A post-performance drink that accelerates the body's recovery processes after races, training and long-term physical activity.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE
Drink the drink prepared from one dose immediately after the end of physical activity. To optimize regeneration processes, drink it within 30 minutes immediately after the performance.

PREPARATION
To prepare the regeneration drink, dissolve 50 g (1 bag, 3 measuring cups) in 350 ml of water.

EFFECTS
- quick replenishment of depleted energy reserves using a large amount of different types of carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose and maltodextrin)
- amino acids L-glutamine and BCAA contribute to the preservation and growth (restoration) of muscle fibers after exercise
- replenishment of sweated minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and vitamins that contribute to:
- magnesium for proper electrolyte balance
- potassium, magnesium and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to restore the proper functioning of the nervous system
- vitamin C, B2 and E to protect cells from oxidative stress
- vitamin C and B6 to maintain the proper function of the immune system after exercise, when the body is significantly weakened due to exhaustion
- vitamins C and B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and for proper energy metabolism
