RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
For muscle growth – take 3 times a day, preferably by 2 PM, 1 hour before training and within 1 hour after training, take the 3rd dose between meals.
To replenish energy and regeneration – take 2 times a day, preferably 1 hour before training to replenish energy and within 1 hour after training to restore glycogen stores.
For children from 8 years old for muscle strength development – 3 times a day between main meals.

Mix 2 scoops of powder (40 g) in 200 ml of water, milk or plant-based milk.
