Sleep is a critical component that helps athletes recover and adapt to the intense physical demands of training and competition. Athletes in both endurance and team sports often cite their suboptimal sleep duration as a problem, as well as difficulty falling asleep, especially when training or competition takes place late in the evening. The new line of Rest+ Caps and Rest+ Juice has come to support sleep and falling asleep.
It can also be said that sleep quality is seriously compromised during times of intense travel, training and competition. When it comes to physical and mental performance, poor sleep can be disastrous for performance, increasing susceptibility to disease, injury, and impairing decision-making, muscle strength, and endurance performance during exercise.
Rest+ was researched in collaboration with Liverpool John Moores University to measure the effect on sleep duration and time to fall asleep. With all other factors controlled, Rest+ supplementation showed a statistical difference compared to placebo of 22 minutes longer sleep duration and 24 minutes faster time to fall asleep.

| Recommended dosage | Use once a day - ideally 30 minutes before bedtime. Mix the contents of the package with 200 ml of cold water (or yogurt, shake, smoothie). The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. |
